I was born in Sarajevo. For local terms pretty far from the big water. But, as life is unpredictable like weather at the sea - we moved to Rijeka when I was little and from then I was seeing ships all the time - since Rijeka is a coastal city and a harbor, and it has few big shipping yards, so you can see all kind of ships, boats, sailing ships, big, small and everything in between! Here are some illustrations of ships representing the adventure, bravery, and freedom they provided throughout history.
